Dobot SafeSkin – Collision avoidance function with contactless detection
A wearable collision detection solution developed by DOBOT for collaborative robots.
It covers a wide area, detects intrusion at a distance of 15cm, reacts quickly, and also has anti-interference function.
Adopt middle-section collision detection technology, which is neither a camera/3D sensor solution that detects intrusion into the movable range around the robot arm, nor direct contact detection to the robot arm, and apply this technology to the collaborative robot.
